A. Hi Healthy foods are foods that are rich in nutrients like proteins, vitamins, minerals , fibre Vegetables, fruits, milk, paneer, egg, fish , almonds, walnuts are all nutrient rich foods . except for milk & paneer , you can add all to baby's recipes .

A. hello now for the baby at this age you can be giving three meals in a day and you can be giving your child home made cerelac in one of the meal and also include fruits and vegetables well and also include dry fruits powder and also khicadi dal which all are safe too
