#AskTheExpert Hello Sir, My son is having ADHD, and i am continuing his speech and occupational therapy. During therapy I have been advised to avoid certain food like milk, egg, soya, wheat etc. My son is now getting thinner.. Please advise me some food for my son to gain weight and be healthy.

A. mum you should give a proper diet if the child is hyperactive and having attention deficit hypere activity disorder be in that with your doctor and keep giving therapy it will improve gradually
