A. hi what you can do is ,set consistent routine for your child. especially night time , sleeping time schedule. for example give bath ,dress your child in night dress ,tell stories and offer warm milk you can take help from your family member or partner for this. I mean ,ask them to help you to make your child sleep by gently patting or rubbing child's back. or telling stories .
