prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc for easy digestion.
offer more liquid and fruits.
give sunbath every morning

Hi You should at least dilute the milk in the ratio of 80 and 20 and then you should introduce it to the child you can reduce all the amount of water into the milk so 80 and 20 is that right or Ratio that you’ll have to delete the Milk initially that you should start with
