#AskTheExpert Hello sir my daughter is turning three years soon. However she looks very small compared to her age. Anyone who see’s her thinks that she’s only one year old. Please advise if we need to give any food supplements for growth

A. hi sir ,if a child weighs around 11 to 13 kg ,you need not to worry about your child physical appearance. please don't compare your child with others ,each and every child is unique and having own specific characteristics. please don't just rely on physical look ,if a child looks happy and active ,no need to worry about anything.
