A. at this age the child should pass stool regularly. if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation. give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child it is important to give fibre diet from cereals ypulses vegetables and fruits avoid giving more rthan 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.

A. Hello dear parent! Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Give them to your baby daily. Increase the liquid intake and fibre intake. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
