#AskTheExpert Hello sir, My daughter is 8 months old in 7 months her upper gums were sore we thought it is the starting of tooth. Her tummy was also upset but then after 3-4 there is nothing till now . no tooth appear, no sore gums nothing

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi during teething phase sometimes it takes more time for a teeth to erupt completely. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning it is true that all these are signs of teething but sometimes it can also happened because of some other issue like stomach related problem I would recommend you to please try to visit your doctor if the problem still persists
