Q.

#AskTheExpert hello sir my daughter is 5+. She is not gaining weight and she is too thin.pls suggest me proper diet chart for her to gain weight.

A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most eeimportant causes are Baby not taking enough calories Baby is nfot absorbing the enough calories which the baby is taking Baby is burning too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the cause regarding this .

A. hi if a child weighs Around 16 to 18 kg ,no need to worry about your child physical appearance. if a child is happy and active, Gains enough weight, Achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything.
