#AskTheExpert hello sir, my daughter is 18 months old.. she doesn't sleep in night. at every hour she gets up n tries to play or cries for milk. we are giving solid food at night still she needs milk..

A. Hi mom Avoid giving evening nap to ur baby so that baby sleeps properly at night. Give proper meal in dinner and give milk before sleeping. This will help to keep baby tummy full. U can also massage ur baby before sleeping as it helps to give sound and comfortable sleep. Some babies they are not actually hungry. But they want breast feed to just to pacify themselves
