8 AM-breakfast with a glass of milkshake
11 AM-boiled egg or any fruit
1 PM-Khichdi or rice Sambar or Dal rice with vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-any fruit juice or soup
7 PM-dinner. And before putting baby to sleep give a glass of warm milk with a pinch of turmeric added to it. Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite. You can give luke warm water while feeding anything which helps in good digestion. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different of pulses, veggies and fruits in a week.
