A. It’s not uncommon for babies, especially at three months old, to pass stool every other day. As long as your baby seems comfortable, is feeding well, and doesn’t appear to be in pain or discomfort when passing stool, it's usually okay. However, if you notice signs of constipation (hard, dry stools, or straining), discomfort, or a significant change in feeding patterns, it would be a good idea to check with your pediatrician for reassurance and to rule out any issues. Always trust your instincts as a parent—if you feel concerned, it's best to consult with your doctor.
