#AskTheExpert hello sir my baby is 7months old .iam giving veg and fruit purees for her . She s not eating properly . I would like to start weaning method is it good to start at 7th month and how can i start ?

A. yes you can start weaning at this without worrying as it might be take time or some baby will wean easily. you can start formula milk for baby along with that give mashed fruits , veggies, curd, daal , khichdi, dalia, oats porridge, suji kheer etc
