A. It’s common for 3-year-olds to be picky eaters. To help your child try new foods, introduce small changes slowly. For example, mix vegetables finely into dal or knead them into roti dough (like carrot, spinach, or beetroot paratha). Offer fruits in fun shapes or as smoothies. Avoid forcing — instead, eat together as a family and let him see others enjoying different foods. Praise even small efforts to taste something new. Over time, repeated exposure in a positive way helps expand their diet.
