It would not harm the baby. Don't worry. I would suggest to give exclusive breastfeeding dear as mother's milk is easily digestible, give immunity to baby and make good bond between mother and baby.
Have satavar stick or powder in milk early in the morning to increase your milk supply naturally in case of low supply.
