#AskTheExpert Hello sir my baby is 12 months old since I started solid food feed to her constipation problem developed and she strains a lot while passing stool could you please suggest any to make her bowel moment painless??

A. many times will have to remove the food which is causing constipation in your child and in the problem still continues then meet your doctor for constipation medicine for the child
