Q.

#AskTheExpert hello sir... my baby boy is 1 year old.. from last 1 week his milk intake has become very less.. almost 250 ml a day including night hours. he doesn't show interest in drinking milk.. his weight is 8 kg.. i have started giving cow milk.. my main concern is how to increase his milk intake and another concern is what should i prefer cow milk or formula milk..

A. hello you may give your child full cream cow's milk and try to give 500 ml atleast including other dairy products like ghee curds on a daily basis and evn other dairy products as needed.. you can also give other calcium rich food as an alternative to the Milk
