#AskTheExpert hello sir my angel is almost 7 months old. before 10 days we noticed her poop is dark thick green with 1 or 2 lumps in it. we consulted with doc. doc prescribed z&d and enterogerminia .its been 4 days we are giving her meds the only changes is no lumps but still dark green thick poop. should we worried about it and take her to the doc again. weight 7.30kg and bottle fed since birth. ty

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. its ok. can give enterogermina Don't worry about green stools because it is very commonly seen if your baby is having mild cold and cough or drinks formula milk. Moreover the consistency and the frequency of stool matters more than the colour.
