#AskTheExpert hello sir my 11 months old son is having trouble in passing the stool. stool is not that hard but he feels difficulty. we give him regular home made food and he is still on breastfeeding. can I give him Eva Q stool softener to reduce the difficulty?

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Offer different varieties of food
Give two liquid diet Followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge
Maintain hygiene
