#AskTheExpert hello sir meri daughter 4 plus hai recently sir uski toung aage se red rhti hai due to this reason use khana khane me bhut mirchi lagti hai please guide me ki uski toung red kyu rhti hai

A. zincovit syrup to the baby y. po for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. hi it is caused by heat , constipation , indigestion or nutritional deficiencies of vitamin B12 and vitamin D and folic so please check all these give green veggies, fresh fruits,curd etc more avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
