#AskTheExpert Hello Sir... meri beti abhi 3 months ki h or apne dono haathon se apni aankh or nose ka part bahut zor se rub krti h... use shayad nose k andar itching hoti h or thodi nose k upar part me andar ki trf thoda wet cough jesa dikhta h nose me... please koi treatment btaiye...

A. hi please do the following things: please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs. keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping use nasal saline drops for blocked nose dress your child in weather appropriate clothes provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
