Maam in that case you must consult your pediatrician itself soon. if you feel babys fever is not reducing with the medicine given then may be there needs to be an addition or change of medicine. keep a cloth dipped in slightly warm water on her forehead to bring down the fever. take care and consult your pediatrician.
