Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. for fever you can give paracetamol and for cough and cold you can give nasal saline drops and saline drops can be given again and again and paracetamol can be repeated maximum 4 times per day and if it is not improving in next two or three days then kindly meet your doctor

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you must give steam to your baby for few minutes and several times in a day. As steam actually helps in opening up nasal passages and also clears congestion of the baby. This will give relief from cold.
For fever you must consult your paediatric for what medicine should be given and in what dose.
