consult your paediatrician and start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for both kids

Give a well balanced healthy diet and keep your kids hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in the diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits, pulses and legumes. Give 3 large portions of meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Avoid outside foods.
