#AskTheExpert hello sir/mam can I start taking nutrishake from Oriflame with omega 3 for weight management as my baby boy is 1 and half years old and still on mother's feed? can I take this supplements?

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist5 years agoA. hello dear do not take any kind of supplements right now start doing some exercise like yoga and aerobics have salad before your lunch dinner avoid oily fried and junk food reduce the consumption of biscuits and have less of sugar and sweets in the die
