Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Make dry fruits powder and add them to fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies. Avoid mixing any health drink powder to the milk. You can also give almond milk, turmeric milk or kesar milk. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. Give one boiled egg per day. Give lentils like moong Dal, masoor Dal and urad Dal. Give ragi, bajra and brown rice. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give peanut butter sandwiches. Give all home cooked meals and restrict milk and milk products consumption to less than 500 ml per day. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
