please visit your pediatrician for once
offer breastmilk ,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
keep your child well hydrated
if there is no cold and cough,give sponge bath to reduce the temperature.
give Luke warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt,in 2 tbsp quantity every 5 hours.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
