#AskTheExpert Hello sir, it's been around 1 month and my wife didn't get enough milk for her son. So should we continue to give milk of powder to our son? what should we do in this case? Does she take medicines to get milk from brest?

A. Hello sir she can take shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. Also take mothers horlicks with milk twice a day to improve lactation. if ur baby is crying of hunger then yes u can give formula milk to ur baby.
