#AskTheExpert hello sir..I m feeding my baby with my bm and also with formula..how much amount of formula is ideal for 3months old baby...I m giving my baby 90ml for every 3 hrs..some times my baby is asking for more..then I m giving 120ml..is that OK.. does it cause diarrhea..please help me with ur answer..

A. Hi mom Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. If ur breast feed is sufficient then do not give formula milk. Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby. Formula milk is measured as per the body weight. Babies require between 150-200 ml of formula per kg of body weight each day. Example if ur baby is 3 kgs then the baby will require 450-600 ml of milk in a day. So u can calculate according to the weight of ur baby
