AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello sir Good morning The more she feeds, the more milk production will be there. She can have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, dill seeds, makhana etc in her diet to increase bm.
