#asktheexpert Hello sir, how can we fulfill the requirement of calcium and Vitamin D? means what should be include in our food??

A. Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day .. daily give vit d enrich food like cow milk, orange juice,oatmesl, mushrooms,tofu, orange juice, all dairy products, youghrt, Cheese, egg yolk, soymilk , cereals, fatty fish.

A. For The food diet plan I am definitely going to advise you to consult a nutritionist because the doctor would be able to advise you correctly with the kind of nutrition plan that you should follow which will have Got about the vitamin D and calcium into it
