#AskTheExpert Hello sir, Good Morning My daughter will be 1 year old in 3 weeks. How much quantity of milk should be given to her and can i start cow milk now. Is amul cow milk good for her? Currently we are feeding her semi solid food and formula milk. Thanks

Hello mom from the age of one year and onwards they can be given regular foods you make at home for the family , also or gradually move to solids for him , cows milk can be introduce to them as it’s easy on digestion and also very similar to mothers milk
