#AskTheExpert Hello Sir, Good Morning my baby girl was 3 Months old. since 2-3 days baby sleeping hours was reduced suddenly and in night times only she was sleeping and in day time she was awake. any particular reason for this?

A. now that s due . good sleep is a must for overall brain development of the baby . To give sound sleep to baby make sure the room is dark and quiet . Baby should not be hungry at bed time and also you can rock or swing baby to put to sleep .
