There is no sure shot remedy for stretch marks but the intensity gradually reduces by applying pure coconut oil or almond oil bio oil on the affected area. Do tummy exercises to tighten muscles and skin around the tummy. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through day while breastfeeding your baby.
