#AskTheExpert Hello, My son will be 3 year old this month. He eats cerelac once a day which claims to have all required vitamins , minerals. he also eats khichdi with mixed veggies daily. should I still give him multi vitamin supplements? Regards, Liji

It’s not considered very healthy for babies so you should avoid giving it. Other than this you should always try to give home-made food to your baby and just give daily routine food. Now there are no food restrictions so you can add anything in babies regular diet plan and baby should take at least four meals in a day
