ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom now you have to give him foods that are made at home for the family , no much restrictions as such for them so foods from your plate can be given .

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear parent, at the age of 1 year, you can give all family foods including non veg foods. milk intake should not be more than 400-500 ml per day including milk products. avoid bottle feeding, it reduces the appetite for food.
