Fruits like banana, apple, pomogranate juice, sweet lime juice, avcado, pear. Give oats, roti, daliya, Daal-khichdi adding some ghee.
Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. try to stay as light as you can such as the things like a junk food should be avoided I'm definitely you can give milk and food such as Dal chapati rice you need to avoid curd for few days or any kind of a citrus fruit can also be avoided keep the diet normal and keep your child well hydrated keep giving steam at regular intervals
