#AskTheExpert hello my son is 11month old .after having food he doing fotty (liquid).and also he putting his finger in mouth..and vommets ...and came 8teeth now...what is the reason behind this?

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. For how long he has been doing watery potty? Does the stool have a foul smell? How many times in a day is he passing watery stools? It can be due to stomach infection. Give Oral Rehydration Solution to prevent dehydration. Babies put things in their mouth when they are teething, hungry, to explore, when they are sleepy or tired and to soothe themselves. Distract them by giving them their favourite toys. Is your baby teething? Massage his gums gently with a cold and a clean washcloth. You can give a cold but not frozen solid teething ring for the baby to chew on. Please contact your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment so that appropriate medication can be started at the right time.
