#AskTheExpert hello, my daughter is now 2 years 4 months. from last year she had problems of blood runny nose. and it's happened frequently. we consult pridiction but they said it happened because of hard nose. plz give your guidelines. thank you

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. frequent discharge of blood through the nose is called as epistaxis if in case it is very frequent you need to have regular follow up with your doctor and try to give her more of liquid diet and green leafy vegetables and sprouted grains which helps reduce the complaints to a much extent
