#AskTheExpert hello. my daughter is four months old. she wakes up every night at 12 and stays up till 2:30 am.i usually feed her, burp her, change her diaper and she refuses to sleep yet. she feels sleepy only at 2 am. till then she plays by kicking her legs and arms and cooing.how do I make her sleep through the night. as of now she does not have any sleep routine in the day.
