Is it ADHD or autism because both the things are very different so very certain that your child is autistic and if your doctor suggest you to get a OT and speech therapy done please proceed with that apart from that homeopathic medicines are really very beneficial you can consult the best of the Doctor Who has an expertise in the area and then you can start taking the treatment
