#AskTheExpert hello my daughter is 20 month old and very weak and thin. plz suggest something for her growth

A. Hello Mom for her age now she can be given usual foods that are been made at home for the family , no more specialised baby foods now . She need to get used to various food groups to get benefit of nutrients from them . Such as fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts, variety of dals and legumes such as rajma , lobia , chana etc . Whole grain cereals, eggs if preferred, milk , panner , ghee etc also keep her well hydrated with fluids or Liquids are also very essential in form of water , coconut water , vegetable soups, juicy fruits or juices
