#asktheexpert hello my daughter is 2 months old and she used to poop in 5 or 7 days is this normal

A. if he is exclusively breastfed then constipation is rare. he will pass stools eventually. do tummy time, cycling motion of legs, do burp properly. if child becomes irritable , not feeding well , then consult your paediatrician. formula fed babies may have constipation. so watch for consistency of stools as well.
