Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. without seeing what kind of spots are there its hard to suggest anything However you have not explained is it white , red bumps etc ? you can apply coconut oil on the area and if it is due to heat you can apply ice pack twice a day.
