#asktheexpert Hello My child is 2 months 9 months old. He keeps waking up in the night and disturbs sleep . What can be done for uninterrupted sleep ?

A. it is very important that you take care of the child during the day and also involve the child in physical activity and decrease the screen time of the child during the daytime and take care of environmental disturbances which might be affecting the slip of the child
