#asktheexpert hello.my baby is 9months old.. she always has a constipation problem..plz give me some home remedies to get relief from it..

1. Give fruits which start with P....prunes, papaya, pears etc...they wash out little tummies easily
Apply castor oil on navel of baby
Always give baby one fruit a day to avoid constipation.
Give overnight soaked munakka black raisins with its water.
