#AskTheExpert# Hello my baby is 4 months n 9 days old, As far as I know he can be fed with solids, semi solids from 6th month. So he has another month for it. Can you please confirm if I am correct and what food can be given because I heard it is just grains as it is easily digestible. Thank you

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Semi solids and water along with daily intake of milk can be given to the baby only after completing 6 months. Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Both the breastmilk and formula milk will suffice the hydration and nutrition requirements of your baby.
