#AskTheExpert hello, My baby is 2 and half years old, she often gets cold and cough. Is it because of some allergy or is there any other reason. Please suggest what should be done

A. hi yes,it happens because of allergy or low immunity so , please get it evaluated by your pediatrician give Healthy things like Turmeric milk , fresh fruits ,green veggies , multigrain food etc more keep your child well hydrated dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
