Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy6 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand for better health, commutation, hydration and weight gain. Baby should be gaining at least 400 to 500 g per month in the first few months. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter.
