This Is a very very clear sign for Covid so please get a covert test done for your child to have a clarity over it it would be recommended because your child is 12 years old sensible enough to tell you all the symptoms that the child is feeling so do not delay get a test done and if it is positive immediately start with medicine and for the time in just keep your child into isolation as that would be the best as of now
