AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Viral fever can take 3-5 days. Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 100 F. Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again. U can also do tepid sponging by keeping wet cloth on the forehead to bring down the temperature
